This development was designed for the 55+ Active Adult Community. The community boasts an affordable HOA that maintains the entire grounds, including backyard areas. This community creates a secure, “lock and leave” environment for homeowners to enjoy.

The Greens of Ridglea Development is a 9-lot, single-family development, with sloped lots backing up to the Ridglea County Club golf course.
