He manages an extensive investor portfolio, such as income-producing real estate, including single-family and multifamily projects. These projects range in scope from multilevel mid-rise projects and student housing to high-end residential client-based homes.
As a 4-year Letterman (Baseball), and professionally drafted athlete, the drive required to complete a successful project was instilled in Curt at a young age.
